In order to get Fibre to your complex, the Body Corporate, Landowner or Home Owners Association will need to give consent to Fontel in order to install Fiber to the complex. Fontel will then do a site survey, then present a proposal of how the Fiber will be installed in the complex. Once consent is granted, a central distribution node will be fitted outside the complex and each unit will be fitted with a multi-dwelling distribution box outside the unit. Once we receive your Fiber Internet order, we will install a fiber cable into your unit. A cable will have to be pulled from the distribution box and into the unit, where a CPE (Client Premises Equipment), also known as an ONT (Optical Network Terminal) device will be installed

There are number of factors that can affect the timeframe of your Fiber installation If your Area is fiber ready it will take less than a week to install your fiber Internet after receiving your application If your Area is not live, with no infrastructure in place – The Area usually need lot of work to be done.
